At Threads by Specialty Design Company, we want you to love your custom fashion pieces, which is why we offer a 30-day window for returns or exchanges on all eligible items. Please ensure items are unworn, unwashed, and include all original specialty tags to qualify for a full refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

• 2.
  Prepare Your Package

  Securely pack your items in their original packaging and include the printed return slip provided via email.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Affix the prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized courier location within 7 days of your request.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our design team inspects the returned items, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
